COVID-19 impacts on Karelia CBC implementation

Trainings for auditors and financial staff are CANCELLED

The trainings planned for April 22nd and 23rd in Petrozavodsk and Joensuu are cancelled due to the recommendations of the national authorities and existing and possibly foreseen travel restrictions.

It is to be decided if the trainings will be organised later, for example in June or if the material will be provided online. We’ll follow the situation and make decisions accordingly in due time.

 

Changes in the projects’ work plans and timetables

We are aware that due to COVID-19 outbreak it may be necessary to make changes to the work plan and timetable of the project, such as postpone or cancel project events and meetings. The Managing Authority encourages you to make all the necessary changes and adjustments: without exceptions the changes will be accepted.

If the work plan or timetable needs to be changed fill in a Request for Change in Promas. Describe the change that needs to made and try to analyse what kind of impact it has to the project. As a main rule these Requests for Changes are approved without the need to make an addendum. It is still important for us to know how the projects are proceeding.
